THE PARTNERSHIP JUST GOES ON AND ON!

To mark 25 years of friendship with the district of Bad Kissingen, the council representatives went on a festive and exciting visit with the aim of renewing the  joint youth exchange  missions after a long break due to the Corona virus.
During the visit Nit Wanger, Mayor, Ronen Erlich, Communities Director, Ofra Gazit, Spokesperson and International Relations department manager and Hadass Nagar Tourgiman, Education Director found true partners who, like us, yearn to strengthen the relationship, whether in the field of youth or in additional and new fields of knowledge.

The reception shown to the group was beyond all expectations, warm and welcoming and relaxed and friendly.  The residents hosted the delegation in their homes, joined the group on tours of the region, gave letures on different topics and attended together with the municipality officials events and meetings.  I great deal of work was done to strengthen the relationship and new ideas were discussed regarding mutual co-operation on subjects such as youth and education, pensioners and projects, health tourism and sport exchanges.

The Tamar representatives were shown great love and appreciation for Israel and the Dead Sea region in particular. They reacquainted themselves with the people who visited the council and over the years became excellent ambassadors of Israel in Germany.

We look forward to another 25 years of dedicated partnership and to greeting the Bad Kissingen group in February for the Dead Sea Marathon No. 3.
