We at Tamar region council are committed and working to promote accessibility to allow even people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on the website and at the call centers.

A significant portion of the population encounters difficulties when using the internet, including people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, motor disabilities, cognitive disabilities, senior citizens, and others.

In order to be able to provide an optimal, professional and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website, and implemented the accessibility rules as much as possible in accordance with the principles of the accessibility standard in Israel, regulations on equal rights for people with disabilities (accessibility adjustments to the service).

The site includes accessibility features designed to improve usability and support access to online content and services for a broad range of users, including people who may require assistive technologies or alternative browsing methods.
